PCOS and constant LH on OPK's

Hi Everyone,
Just wanted some advice as to whether or not this is normal. I started opk's last cycle wanted to know whether or not I ovulate as I have PCOS, I came off he BCP last April and my cycles seemed to have regulated to 33 days. Last month I did get a +OPK and had the blood test 7 days after to confirm I had actually O'd.

This month I've not yet got a + and I'm on cd30 was doing 3 tests a day so don't think I could av missed my surge. I do always get 2 lines on OPK'S thought this was normal until I read somebody's post on here. I've never had just the one line, even last month when I did actually produce an egg!

The question I have is have I actually ovulated as I did have major cramps for 3days when ovulation was due?

I dont use OPKs but I have PCOS too. Elevated LH is one of the symptoms of PCOS. Probably thats why you always get + on OPKs. For this reason OPKs sometimes dont work for women with PCOS.

Hi chickadee33, i was dignosed near 6 years ago with PCO, then PCOS... I use OPKs but i dont always get two lines. I look out for other symptoms such as CM. If you get a + OPK with fertile CM and cramping (all good signs of ovulation) then i would bd on the + OPK day and everyday, as long as your hubby has a normal sperm count. If he doesnt then BD on + OPK and everyother day until you see changes in CM... GL and FX x x x x

Hi I'm new. I was recently diagnosed with Pcos and my LH blood level was 19 which is why I had constant positive OPK. I have amenorrhea though so I never ovulate. You may be ovulating since you have a period.
