haha I agree that's what we do we bd just about every other day, that way if opk's miss something i'm still covered, going in on the 16th to see if I O'd or not.

I am going to join this thread since I am starting Clomid on Monday. We have been TTC for 7 months with no luck.

DH is taking a sperm analysis next week as well because I told him I am not taking months of medicine without proof that his little guys are okay.

I was prescribed Clomid after getting a 21 day blood test done and my progesterone level was 7.4. They explained that although I was ovulating I was not ovulating very well and my body could not sustain a pregnancy at the level so I am going to try the Clomid and see if it can help boost my eggs.

Any suggestions or experience with it will be very helpful. I really hate medicine and other than birth control pills and the occasional antibiotics, I have never been on a prescription medicine so I am very nervous.

welcome etoiles! as for my experience so far with the clomid i felt great! the only symptoms i've had with it are my bb were sore for a couple days, but not bad. and on my last day i was MOOODDDYYYY! but it didn't last. i'm on cd 9 now and just waiting to see if i O on the clomid or not. i've heard that it can dry up your cm, but i've using preeseed so i won't have to worry about it, GL!

I was thinking about using Preseed as well. We still have some left from prior months. We will be doing a post coital exam (so not looking forward to that!) around the time of ovulation so can't use preseed during that time though!

well that sucks, but at least you can use it after your exam! hope all goes well. I'm still waiting for a pos opk! if i'm going to O it should be by the end of next week. fx for me please!

I just started yesterday, 50mg of Clomid. i just ordered preseed online so it should arrive shortly. I also started taking b6

Well I havent O yet (well according to OPK's). I should have done as I O without the clomid. Been having some cramps both sides but no EWCM and cervix seems the same! SOOOO frustrating - CD16 now

Hi ladies. I hope you don't mind me jumping in on this thread. I start my first Clomid cycle tomorrow, 50 mg cd 5-9. I'm nervous but seeing how Thursday makes a year since my mc I'm ready to try to get help. We've done the post coital, sperm analysis, hsg exam, etc. This is our next step in our tcc journey.

Welcome to all the new ladies on the thread! No, no chart ... my temping is always sooo different on the months ive tried.
On the + side ... did get my 1st + ever on my OPK yesterday afternoon. Was having really terrible pains all morning so tested and there were two lines! Jumped OH as soon as he walked in the door from work poor guy ... he will be shattered come the end of the month!! Last night tho did another OPK and was negative. Confused now! Will DTD again tonight, tomorrow and maybe the next day!! x x
