Pink spotting 3 days before period and now period 1 day late...

Hi everyone...I'm new to the sight and i guess I just need the answers/opinions of people who understand.
I am 30yrs old...married for 3 years and we have never used protection. I had a miscarriage 1 year ago (at 9weeks) and since then we have been really trying but still nothing. In my last pregnancy I had implantation bleeding 1 week before my period was due. I tested 10 days after my period was late and got a +.
Anyway...I'm sure many of you will understand how disappointing and heart-breaking my husband and I have felt each month after to see either my period arrive or a - test.
I began to chart my BBT and know that we were 'active' before, during and after my time of ovulation. This month I had light pink spotting (which only lasted 1 hour) 3 days before my period was due. The night after this we had sex and while cleaning after I noticed pink discharge. Now 3 days on there is no sign of spotting again and my period is 1 day late. After months of imagining I felt pregnancy symptoms I started to try and ignore any feelings I got because I was emotionally drained from getting excited for nothing.
The only thing I know for sure is that I have sore/tender breasts and very light cramping.
Any thoughts, opinions or advice would be much appreciated!
Thanks

Just wishing I'm sorry for your loss hun

Pink CM so close to your period could be either a late implantation or just a really slow start to your period (I have this every few cycles). You have stated that you are now one day officially late for your period BUT this is the first time you have charted your BBT so you don't know how long your LP actually is. I understand your cycles are usually a particular length but ovulation can occur late every now and then which would make you think your are late for your period when in fact you aren't.

The only true answer you are going to get is by doing a test
