I had my shortest cycle ever last one (the 36 days) and thought I was on the right track. But this cycle, day 14 came and went, day 20 came and went, I had given up and figured this one was anovulatory and just wanted to get AF and put the whole stupid thing behind me. I even started drinking parsley tea because I heard it could induce a period.

I know I may still not ovulate but here, on day 44, I got my first positive opk ever.

Just had to share my excitement. It seems so silly but I'm so happy.
Not silly at all! Congrats!

It's true, littlesara, I feel like something is finally working. And after so much not working, it's thrilling. I feel like I keep getting my hopes up and then nothing. And I'm not even asking for BFPs yet...just that my body actually does what it's supposed to do.

Future_momma: I totally took pictures. Sheepishly at first but after I saw everyone else's, I wanted one too! I will post it as soon as I figure out how.

cherrylee: I'm in Alberta too!

Wantingabubba: thanks for the hug.

Thanks too Sophbabes. I'm happy others feel the same way.
I'm in Alberta too!
