Back after a long time! TTC whilst Breastfeeding??

Hiii

Havent posted here in a while! Any familiar faces around?

I was in TTC in 2010 and got my BFP in Nov 2010 - my little boy Hayden was born in July 2011 and he is now 7.5 months

It took us over a year to conceive with Hayden so we think now is the right time to start trying again coz if it happens now we would be happy but if it happens in a year we will be happy too!

Problem - I am still BF and havent had a period yet!!! So the usual charting etc is out the window!!!

Anyone experienced this or in the same situ as me? xxxxx

I am also ttc whilst bf. Af did return but cycles have not been so reliable, like this last month, stopped taking pill to begin ttc, but also to induce an overdue period, so not sure what the chances are this month..got all the bd-ing in though so nothing else to be done!! You will prob both find that they return as your LOs become less and less dependant on breastmilk. How old is yours dcsoph? mine is 10 and a half months now, I breastfed my older daughter til 13 months but by then she wasn't so interested.

I'm also breastfeeding my 14 month old son and ttc #2(4 months). My period returned when he was 7 months old but it was very irregular. My cycles are regular now but I've noticed that my LP is shorter.
