So my normal cycle is apprx 28 days with light spotting on days 26 & 27. I usually have slight constipation then start AF after a BM... (I know TMI!! )
Today is CD 22. Symptoms I've had are; Cramps on CD 18, CD 19 short sharp pain in my abdomen, CD 20 and 21 CM was dry, then last night (still 21) I started feeling a little nauseous and had a lot of very stretchy creamy CM and the urge to BM, and crampy pressure in my abdomen like I was starting. the only thing missing is the spotting and sore boobs....?
My Cervix was high and firm last night (day 21). This morning my Cervix was low and soft. (day 22)
