Ok so here's the situation.

Feb. 22 (5 days before my period was due) I experienced very light bleeding (didn't even fill a pad even remotely), light cramping (I NEVER get cramps during my period).

About a week after that I started becoming violently sick, at random times during the day. I would vomit out of nowhere. This lasted about a week and a half. Also during that time I started experiencing heartburn, constipation, hot and cold flashes, headaches, I had a hard time sleeping because of back pain. I was bloated all the time, extremely hungry and last week started developing aversions to certain foods (garlic in particular, and I love garlic!). Also had discharge.

Well this past weekend I took a pregnancy test (first morning urine) and it came back positive! (used a clearblue digital pregnancy test). I tested again numerous times during the last afternoon but those all came back negative. I went for a qualitative blood test on monday and it also came back negative. (qualitative means they check for 25mIU/ml to confirm a positive pregnancy).

However just yesterday, wednesday and today almost all my symptoms completely stopped. The only thing I had yesterday was some hunger pangs. But today i've had nothing at all except discharge.

I've not had any bleeding or anything since feb. 22 (which I believe was implantation bleeding). So is it possible I misscarried? Was never pregnant? I'm just so confused..

woops sorry the word "last afternoon" should read "late afternoon".. I tried different tests on different days always late afternoon and they all came back positive.

Going to retest tomorrow morning with another test to see what the result is.

oh my gosh I can't get my typing right today... "they all came back negative" is what I meant. =(

was the positive a digital? and did it come back with "pregnant"? have you bled since?x

Yes it was a digital pregnancy test and had the word "PREGNANT" in big bold text lol. and I havn't bled since then..

the sudden dissapearance of my symptoms plus the negative blood test is what has me really confused.. =/

i would ask for a repeat blood test! also if you get pregnant on a digi that means you have plenty of hcg as they are 50miu unlike other sensitive 25 miu tests, if there isn't any hcg now then infortunately you may have been pregnant and lost it but if you havent bled it means it hasnt come away and therefore may need medical interference! you need a repest blood test darlin xx

They have one scheduled for me for this monday coming up but I'm so nervous. I've had 2 miscarriages in the past (had one D&C) so i'm a little concerned. Thank you very much for your input! It definately helps lol

oh i know its so worrying! ive also had 2 miscarriages before havin my little boy but thankfully i didnt have to have a d&c as they came away naturally. God i really hope they have some answers for you! i would take it as a good sign if you havent bled at all, they should just do a quantitative blood test so they can tell what you levels are!

I'm waiting on blood results bk also, i had what i thought was my period last wed and then 2 faint positive hpts yesterday and tuesday so im really confused!lol mother nature eh!?
