Have you guys looked into the Paleo diet? If not, you definitely should.

I think the paleo diet wouldn't suit me. I don't want to lose weight (I want to put some on) and I don't want to take out whole food groups out of my diet. I suppose I wand moderation, and I know how obsessive diets can be, especially if you avoid completely some particular food. I just want to avoid crap, eat more wholegrains and fruit and veg and good protein and avoid all those bad fats. Oh, by the way, I don't have a lot of dairy as I don't think I am great with it, but in the book it says that full fat dairy is good for fertility. I do have cheese and cream sometimes, just not milk or yoghurts etc

i don't drink milk either, but i have started drinking blue diamond almond milk. it is really good and is lactose and soy free. i put it in my coffee and morning protein shakes for the calcium. and it tastes great!

girlies! it's so nice to see more people eating healthy I've been dairy free for two weeks today, I'm so proud of myself I'm enjoying it because it's fun to find new things to eat and also because I think it's good to have some sort of discipline in my life, I wish I could transfer some of this discipline into other areas of my life though

meandmrb - I have always eaten quorn anyway because I was a vegetarian for 8 years and even when I reluctantly started eating some meat I still cooked with quorn in the house I'm not eating white bread, rice or pasta either but to be honest I never really have. my biggest change is no dairy and I'm eating looaads of fruit and veg and limiting sugar.

I've been ill this week so I haven't noticed any difference but hopefully I will soon

It didn't happen today BUT, tomorrow I will be in the vicinity of the shop for sure and I will be taking a big bag on wheels to cart all the veg. I will try to eat healthier today anyway and will start my green tea
