Hello there foquita! Sounds like you are being good with your diet! I didn't have an eating disorder, I just got extreme thinking I didn't suit lactose and gluten, so I ended up losing loads of weight, I was only 52 kilos, and I am 171 in height, so too thin! I am nearly 57 kilos now so nearly nearly getting towards the 20 bmi, That is why I don't want to do a diet like yours, I just didn't suit it. I try just to be healthy in general, for the moment I am improving a lot, and making loads of small steps. Just to eat more protein, more veg, nuts, pulses, fruit etc is what I want. I have not been so good as last week, but so much better than 3 weeks ago. I haven't been touching frozen food which is a vast improvement, I was stuffing my face with frozen lasagna and pizza! Today I made a wholegrain loaf in the bread maker, it tastes great! Sorry to read about your spotting, where are you in your cycle? XXXX
Hello there healthy girls. I haven't been very healthy actually, I have been ill (and still am) with a really bad cold. I also had diarrhea and heartburn so ended up giving up the brown bread as I didn't seem to be digesting it so well, hopefully I can return to that now. I now have a book called "Tell Me What To Eat If I Am Trying To Conceive" I will let you know if I read any interesting tip-bits . So its CD 2 for me, lets see what this cycle brings, how is everyone? XXXX
I'm dieting now too. I'm eating a lot of fruits and veggies (mostly organic) and only eating one grain item a day, brown rice or a pita. I feel pretty good so far. I'm also drinking green tea with every meal and I cut dairy out of my diet. Fingers crossed!
Sounds really good Have you got any good tips for us? Things you wouldn't eat, things you would ect ? XXX
I follow the eat clean diet. I eat lots of fruits and veggies, lean protein, whole grains. I drink blue diamond almond milk. I personally stay away from soy as I believe too much soy isn't good for you. I do eat cheese and dairy products, only the light version if available. Never the fat free. Basically I eat foods that are as unprocessed as possible. I would say my diet is about 80:20. Being 80% of what I eat is natural, unprocessed foods. Oh and I eat every 2-3 hours, just smaller portions.
