tested again today...still a faint line
Is it best doing like on a pregnancy test to do it first thing in the morning?

no you are suppose to do it later in the afternoon since the lutenizing hormone that detects your surge synthesizes during the day.... early afternoon is best!

Hi Daejin,

Try testing twice a day even though the instructions tell you to test once a day. Sometimes the surge happens in between

its turned out Neg today too should i try it with the first urination of the day like with a PT?

You should test between 10am to 8pm but try to test at the same time everyday. Testing to early won't detect the LH surge. Do read the instructions I'm sure ur opks came with a tiny manual Good luck !

Try testing later in the morning and then at night too (you can buy a ton of test strips online for cents)
Some women's surge only lasts 8 to 10 hours so you could miss it. That's what happened to me with my 3rd baby ) hope this helps!!

haha i didnt see the earlier posts... ive tested around lunchtime for two days now, ill try again later on and see what happens... this is just making things seem more doubtful for myself

feed back plzz!


Hi everyone im a bit confused.. maybe some answers from experience can help! I missed my period this month, a week prior to that I spotted twice with sore breast and light cramping, my bbt has been up 98.0-98.3 ..And just out of curiosity I took a ovulation test this morning and it was positive ..could I possiblyg be pregnant???

Just an update... my Brothers Fiance is pregnant... she's fallen pregnant and I'm still not... omg im seriously starting to feel like losing hope now :'(

You most definitely could be!!! Although you are not supposed to use an OPK as a HPT it WILL turn out positive if pregnancy has occured.
Let us know, I would run to the store and grab a First Response pregnancy test
