New month...new plan??

Hi laides,

Just wondering if each month you had a new plan when TTC??

i do this month its the sperm meets egg plan. Seems a pretty easy plan to follow i am currently on d8 so all will start OPK on day 10.

Does anyone else have a new plan this month?

Hey Duke i am starting the SMEP this month too!! i am also trying concieve plus

I have a new plan for next month (I'm somewhere in the end of this cycle) since I have no idea when my body does anything lol so I'm reading taking charge or your fertility, starting to chart bbt and am going to buy opks for next cycle.

i am same as you country girl i dont really know when my body does anything hehe! but hopfully if i follow the SMEP i should fx for everyone!

Well this is cycle 4 for me and didn't do much for the past 3 cycles other than BD... a lot! I'm CD 3 now and got some pre-seed as not noticed any ewcm the past 3 cycles and bought a pack of 40 OPK's too. I have irregular cycles so it could take that many lol

I plan on getting very pregnant this month lol GL all x

Google the sperm meets egg plan. Its basically after AF you BD every other day. Star testing using OPKs from cd10 and when you get your positive BD for 3 days straight have a days rest and one final shot and thats done. sounds simple doesnt it lol

i think next months plan i will try preseed. hope it works well for you
