2 mmc - pregnant first cycle both times, been ttc ever since (1 year later)

Hi gals. New to this site. As my username suggests, I am not optimistic. My RE did the full gamut of tests recently on myself and my husband and all came back normal - unexplained infertility. After those miscarriages I was thinking "at least I can get pregnant quickly." I was wrong - it has been over a year since my last mmc. I had D&Cs with both and had the tissue tested. First one was xxy (random fluke) and the other one was "normal" xx. On the second one saw a great heartbeat at 7 weeks 2 days, went in for ultrasound at 11 weeks 2 days (4 weeks later) and baby was there but heart not beating. Anyone experienced anything similar? I am early 30's. My cycles have always been 36-42 days so that adds to my frustration. Lots of waiting, but I am getting impatient.

Sorry to hear about that. But if you have tried for a year without success perhaps it's time to discuss with your doctor on ways to bring your ovulation forward, that might improve your chances. While some studies claim that long follicular phase increase the chances of mc, some says there's no relationship (FF data also say no relationship). I can't think of anything else that might help.
