AF 5 days late but BFN ....need some hope

Hi ladies, I am new to this forum, we are ttc #1 ,had a m/c in dec and this is the first month of trying after that. My doc told me to start progestrone on 3 dpo which I did. Normal LP is 10 days with 26 day cycle like clockwork. I also have hashimoto's. Suddenly this cycle I am late 5 days but all bfn including 2 frer and loads od IC. right now on 15 dpo, but last time when i htartar mc I got bfp at 11dpo. Soshould I still hold out hope? Hoping for a sticky BFP

Can you get a blood test?
