Strange Period

My last period was Jan 8. I missed Feb and March, the one for April was supposed to start today. On Wed., I thought I had started. My period is normally extremely heavy for 4-5 days. Well this time it has been 5 days and really light... no need for any kind of feminine care product. I put in a tampon and there is very little brown on it after 4-6 hours, and nothing on a pad for the same time. So I just have used pantyliners, but nothing has came out. I have a little spotting when I wipe, but that's it.. Any thoughts?
Also, I have taken many pregnancy tests (atleast 10) and all were negative. The last one I took was a month ago.

This kind of sounds like me. My last period was March 8th and it was fairly light for me too and mostly brown. I had one trip to the loo and a spot of red so I assume it was indeed AF because it was right on time.

These past 3 days I've had brown discharge. So strange. I say test again for yourself. I hear lots of women poas bfn but get confirmation on blood tests. and don't get bfp on sticks until well in.

Could put your mind at ease.

Other than that, my DH is Ukrainian,... he's got a theory that my AF gets funky around the change of seasons... and I have a feeling he's right. The fall was the same for me.

Here's hoping he's wrong. And we all can get our easter presents

That is very true about the seasons. I am also finishing an internship, about to graduate college, my brother's girlfriend is having a "surprise" baby, and general everyday stuff. I assumed it was stress.

Well that would throw any girl off... add in the TTC stress.

Hang in there... unless you get a real bright red witch I'd test again if you've got suspicions. And personally spotting only light brown for a pantyliner would be more than worth another test for the morning.

HUGS

Well I spotted for about a week. And this week has been heavy so it's either making up for the missed month or a possible miscarriage.

I agree. I had something similar happen to me a few years ago, heavy bleeding after an exceptionally light period... I'm pretty sure it was a miscarriage but I didn't think of it at the time. I wish I had gotten seen, at least I'd know for sure.
