| Trying to conceive (TTC) Active BnB Member Join Date: Jan 2012 Posts: 74 | Soy isoflavones - advice pleaseeee :):) !! So i have decided to try the Soy isoflavones this cycle, as you can see from my signature i have VERY irregular cycles  ! AF showed up on Monday after a long and annoying 86 days ! I would just ike some advice as to when i should take soy please? I know its taken for 5 days like 2-6, 3-7, 5-9, but is that cycle day from the start of my AF? orrr once AF has finished? as i have a feeling this is going to be a long and heavy one ! and how much should i take per day? xx |
