my plan to get a BFP this month


okay here is my plan:

1. take my prenatal every day
2. drink 2-3 cups of green tea in between water mayb grapefruit juice
3. one week before ovulation take 1tsp of Tylenol cold n flu to help my CM
4. BD as much as i can my goal is at least 3x a week
5. eat sunflower seeds during and after ovulation
6. ill be eating alot of whole grain, nuts, green veggies, and fruit
ill only be eating meats like 3x a week and replace that protein with alot of nuts, sunflower seeds ect.

May I add something?
First make sure #2 your green tea is decaf.
Second #3 will dry up your cm you must stay away from that stuff (tylenol cold and flu). People are taking tussin or mucinex but the kind that has one special ingrediant. The ingredient is called Guafenesin. When looking at the medicines make sure that it has ONLY Guafenesin in it.
Sorry if I sound pushy or anything I just wouldnt want you to have a set back as I know counting down and obsessing everyday over ttc is very taxing emotionally.

thank you i will make sure its decaf. and this past week i had to take tylenol cold and flu and i had TONS of EWCM..im like where did this all come from lol...thats y i said that also cuz its safe for pregnancy but i could also take tussin instead

Ok if the tylenol works for you and you know it does then go for it. Had to make sure i said something just in case. fx for you.

its alright thank you i am always opened to new things any help i can get to get my BFP ill take it

good luck to you i saw one of your recent posts and my doctor told me to bd every other day like you did but i would also bd on cd 26 good luck to you also

Are you sure about decaf? I think most decaf process involve bad chemicals and I understand caffeine is harmless compared to those chemicals... although some use water decaffeination process which is supposed to be chemicals free. Not sure how to distinguish which decaffeination process was used in in each particular case though.

mine this month is

1 try to relax about the whole thing

2 start take cough medicine with Guafenesin in it (sell it at work) dont know when to start or finish or how much to take so any help would be good on that

3 dtd every other day during fertile window,dtd everyday last month didnt work witch got me this morning

4 start my folic acid again

i have heard that decaf would be bad..because of the chemicals...
