4 days late but BFN? Please Advise?

Thanks for reading!

Im on my first proper cycle and im now 4 days late for AF. Theres no sign of it either, no cramping but my bbs are quite sore and sensitive. Havent really had any other symptoms.

I did a test two days ago using the Internet cheap ones and it was BFN. Is it worth testing again using a proper test or not?

How long do i wait before i start to worry about it? Should i see the doc? Or take another test?

Do you know when you ovulated? Are you charting?

Maybe its a late implantation? If you still get a bfn at 7 days late then maybe see a doctor for a blood test to see what's going on. sorry i'm not much help x

Was thinking that if i go over 7 days late, it would be unusual and i do have symptoms so will certainly see a doctor, not sure what else to do.

What do you mean first proper cycle? Do you mean post contraception? If so this could be the explanation of why you are 4 days late?
