Still O Pain?

I've had O pain since Wednesday or so of last week. I think I had a positive OPK on Thursday, so should have O Saturday or Sunday. I STILL have what I am pretty sure is O pain though slightly less than it was this weekend. When should I be concerned and call the doctor? It's pretty tender to the touch/ movement (especially standing after sitting). I'm hoping it's a good sign (and we should have finally had good timing as I saw DH Thursday PM-Sunday AM

). I'm now getting slight cramps in my whole stomach too.

hi amjon,
I am in the same boat, started cramping last wednesday night and still cramping tonight, had first real af on march 19th (cd1) currently on cd 22, had a 43 day cycle from bc withdrawal bleed to march 19th, I dont know what is going on, i have used cbdig opk since cd 8 and all - !! had very watery cm yesterday but seems to have disappered today, no sign of the so called fertile ewcm for me yet. I am so confused right now, this is all new to me after 10 yrs + on bc, based on a 43 day cycle I would have thought ovulation would have been happening in recent days but who knows!!! first cycle ttc and already stressing lol!!! who knows maybe I'm not ovulating at all, I wonder how reliable the opks are, also boobs are quite sore since this am, what cd are u on

I'm on CD16. I am pretty sure I ovulated around CD14. I did have EWCM (I think) on Friday and Saturday.

I'm on CD16. I am pretty sure I ovulated around CD14. I did have EWCM (I think) on Friday and Saturday.

I really dont know whats going on to be honest, first month trying to determine cm and O, and heres me thinking this baby making game was going to be easy!!!! No +opk yet so who knows...

I Dnt normally get O craps. I O saturday/Sunday but now monday 1/2 DPO I am getting cramps/ pulling twinges right deep in belly near hips and pubic bone. I am only hoping this is a good sign
