All we did the past cycle was just BD’ed as much as we could (every day or every other day). We didn’t do anything differently and just figured we’d relax and see what happens, but now that it hasn’t happened we’re going to be trying a couple different things. My last day of AF is today, so my fiancé has come up with all kinds of crazy ways to BD that he feels will defy gravity and help things along! I figure at least he’s being lighthearted about it and trying to make it fun (he’s talking about turning me upside down and everything!). We’re also going to try taking supplements too. There’s this one called Fertility Blend that I think I want to try! Good luck to you!

Sunflower seeds? Ill have to try that! I read online that adding arugula, asparagus, and hard boiled eggs to ur diet will help with fertility. I tried that today not sure if its too late to help this cycle but worth a shot.

I heard eating stuff with lots of B12 in it (or taking vitamins) can really help too!

I just bought some prenatals today that I'm going to start taking and I'm gonna buy Fertility Blend (probably similar to Fertibella). Hope it works!
