Very strange anyone with advice pls


My periods started on the 24/03/2012 and lasted 4 days,on cd 9 i started testing for ovulation and also bedding every other day then on cd17 i started bleeding again with terrible back pains and iam still bleeding this is very strange to me.i lost my baby at 20 weeks last year in october and i have been trying to conceive again.any advice or ideas will be highly appreciated

It sounds like you might've had a very early miscarriage. Have you asked your doctor for advice, treatments, testing, etc?

For future reference, baby aspirin (80mg) if taken after ovulation helps you produce and maintain a healthy uterine lining for a zygote to attach itself to.

So do B-vitamins; I'd suggest taking a B-Complex with B6, B12, Folic Acid at the very least.

Vitex is an herbal supplement that promotes a healthy menstrual cycle and also helps with your uterine lining. It's best taken long term, as are the B-vitamins.

You can keep taking baby aspirin (80mg) and B-vitamins while pregnant to prevent miscarriages. You should discontinue Vitex while you're pregnant, though.
