For this baby, 28 months. For the previous, 18 months, for the first, 10 months. So I've spent 56 months of my life ttc  But I have two kiddies. Never had a miscarriage, although had one possible chemical. Assuming an average ejaculate of 40 million sperm and only counting one shag per month, that's 2 pregnancies from 2,240,000,000 sperm.  Feck.
