AF or withdrawal bleed?

I had implanon removed a few weeks ago and started bleeding 3 days later (lasted 4 days-quite heavy), assumed this was my period and counted this as cd1, however I should be on cd20 and I started bleeding today, It's not as heavy as my period would usually be but is more than spotting. Now I am wondering was first bleed just a withdrawal bleed? Should today be cd1? So confused and don't know when to expect period or even if I'm having one! Any help would be appreciated ladies?

Cycle lengths can vary after coming off birth control. I had my implant out in November and my periods have been short and light and also long and heavy, it just takes a while to settle.
