Really confused! help!?

I quit taking my birth control pill on April 3rd .Withdrawal bleeding came on the 5th and lasted until the 7th with some on and off bleeding on the 8th. By the end of the day on the 8th the bleeding had completely stopped. On April 9th I began spotting. This only lasted for a few hours. On the 10th I had no problems. But on the 11th and 12th I had really bad cramps. I know it'd be extremely soon but could I have ovulated and be pregnant? If so, when could I test? And I forgot to mention... i had unprotected sex everyday this month

Also, do I count the first day of withdrawal bleeding as first day of last period? I used an ovulation calculator and put in the first day of my last period which was the 25 of march and I used the digital ovulation tester on those days but nothing soooo I put in the first day of my withdrawal bleed and it says between the 16th and 21st of this month. I'm going to test for ovulation those days but any info. Helps right now!

Are you wanting to get pregnant?

It would be really soon after to be ovulating but is possible. You will have to wait about 14days before a pregnancy test would be accurate. So probably the 27th would be a good time to test.

Yes! I am definitely trying. My hubby will be getting deployed and we're trying to get pregnant asap so he can be here for our child's birth. I should have stopped sooner but he just got back from training this month and we had been talking about itand all the sudden decided we were going to try.

I would say deff try around the 27th. If it is negative and your period hasnt started and your having sign and symptoms wait a few days and retest. And always test in the morning.
Ask a doctor but most of them say start taking a prenatal vitamin before you get pregnant as it can help with many things in the baby forming and health for you and the baby.

I quit taking BC in Nov got pregnant in Dec and had a MC in Feb. So we are trying again this month. Ill be testing around the 20th

Aww so sorry to hear that. I've heard of alot of ladies saying they had a miscarriage when coming off birthcontrol. It really worries me. But keeping positive. Thanks for all the info and I hope you get pregnant soon!(:

Their are a ton of women who get pregnant while on BC and have wonderful pregnancies and also who just get off and have very successful pregnancies too. It just depends.

The two week wait sucks. I am about 5-6days out from being able to test and it is killing me.

I know. I'm counting the days until I can test for ovulation. But I have a feeling I'm not gonna get it this soon

my last proper period was on the 30th January and I haven't missed a period since I was about 14 and I had just started my period about 8 months before that. I had a miscarriage just before 2012 New years day and noticed that my period after the miscarriage was a week late which I had heard was normal to happen but I started taking Agnus Cactus (Vitex) supplement (herbal medicine that helps periods/hormones) just in case to help my periods get back to normal. A lot of women seem to take this particular herbal medicine when trying to conceive as it helps ovulation but it seems that it has done the complete opposite with me. I am seriously confused. I did have a little bleeding from the 7th March for about 3-4 days but it wasn't actual blood, it was brown fluid (old blood) with tons of clear and brown discharge which I found really odd as I have never had this before, I then had a tiny bit of spotting last friday (around my actual period time) but nothing, I've had the odd period cramps, no sore breasts which is also weird as I usually have sore breasts before I come on. I haven't seen any real period since January :S Please help I'm confused.

its true what they say - first month off the pill everyone thinks they are DEFINITELY pregnant! you just feel different! also your withrawal bleed doesnt count as a real "period" so you cant use those ovulation calendars until you get a real one. i know it sux, im 3-4 months off pill and nothing yet grr, just want to get to it!
best of luck!
