Should I test?

Hi all

I'm new to here but I'm going to jump right in and ask whether you guys think I should do a test!

I'm 3 days late and just kinda feel pregnant, I know that sounds crazy! Have actually been talking to my stomach ... in my defence my husband is in Afghanistan at the moment so I don't have anyone else to talk to, other than our dogs!

In any case, I've got the strange metallic taste, I'm feeling a bit nauseous at random times of the day and was sick after breakfast last Saturday, not been sick since though. My boobs feel heavy but not sore.

I would absolutely LOVE to be pregnant, we've been trying for just over a year and would be so happy if we've got a little one on the way ..

So what do you think? Should I test or should I wait a few more days? I don't have a test in the house and am resisting getting one at the moment as a negative result would just make me cry!

Any help/advice would be fantastic

I just popped to my local shop to get a paper and figured I'd grab a test whilst I was there but they didn't have any

but I've got to go and do a shop on Monday so I guess if I am still not on by then I'll buy a test ... fingers crossed!

I do have a bit of a odd feeling at the moment, like really light cramps, sort of flutters more than cramps, although I guess that could just be butterflies?!

I never thought I would be so happy to feel rubbish!! Feeling nauseous and (sorry if TMI!) have too much saliva but am hoping these are good things .. fingers crossed AF stays away!
