What are your thoughts? PCOS related?

Well a bit about my background, i went on the pill about 14 because of heavy bleeds and strong cramp. I started getting dark body hair so doctor referred me for a PCOS ultrasound which was negative. I concieved my daughter by suprised when i was 16. Since my body hair has got dark and ive piled the weight on, im now obviously trying again and suffering heavy periods every month. I have very regular periods 28/29 days and temped one month which showed deffo ov'd and opk every month so im deffo having a surge the same time every month either CD14 or 15 but i know this doesnt garuntee i ov'd. I was wondering if it was worth asking to be reffered for another ultrasound to check if i have PCOS now or if its very unlikely because of my regular periods?

Mines are about 28-32 and I have pcos so I don't have long cycles etc

Also I suffered from really heavy very sore periods turns out it was PCOS

I'd ask, if u do have it, it isn't the end of the world, I am now pregnant after 2 miscarriages.
