Last night i felt a bit queezy especially after i ate dinner. However it wasnt anything i couldnt handle. Later that night i sat in bed watching telly waiting for OH to arrive home from work. I was just sitting there had the doona sitting accross my legs just below my knees and my body temperature became ingresingly high, i didnt have a thermometer on hand so i couldnt test my temp. I became clammy and my forehead became sweaty for no apparent reason. Anyhow time past and OH came home and so snuggled down for a cuddle and i began to feel much better.

Then at 3:08am this morning i woke to pains in my lower right side ( the same area where i have been having these pains on and off for almost 2 weeks now, see my other posts)

i wouldnt say that they where so extreme that i needed to go to hospital or anything but they certainly where uncomfortable. by about 3:30am the pains got a little worse and then i began for feel quite queezy again however i didnt have the need to throw up or anything.

Ive been having early signs of pregnancy for a couple of weeks now my last AF was almost 2 weeks late last month and wasnt very heavy at all when she did arrive. These symptoms are not my usual signs leading up to AF.

So anyhow i took some panadol and waited for the pain relief to set in finally around 5:30 i managed to get back to sleep.

Anyhow getting to the point of my whinge here. I decided to go to the doctor (same dr clinic but a different doctor to who i saw early last week) to explain what happend this morning and sensations that i have been having the last two weeks.

I was shocked!!!! its like he didnt really care about my story he didnt check any obs didnt check my abdomen or anything for soreness NOTHING all that he did was print me out a Drs Certificate for sick leave....... which i didnt even ask for!. He said come back at the end of next week if you havent had your period or better still leave it for another week after that and then we will test you.

Now had he of checked my obs etc and was some what more caring and professional i would have accepted his advice alot better.

I didnt go there to expect to have a blood test today i just wanted to get checked for blood pressure temperature etc just to see if everything was ok.

Im becomming very frustrated with all of this and its like im making this whole potential pregnancy all up in my mind.

My biggest worry is that im being overlooked and im worried that there could be some worrying concerns going on and i feel the sooner i sought it out the better the outcome can be

What dr issues have you had ladies and do you think i should get a second opinion or better still find a whole new dr and clinic!?

I'm so sorry your doc was such an ass.

Have you tried taking pregnancy tests? The pains you're describing are not normal, you shouldn't be hurting so badly that you're doubling over in pain or need meds for it. Is there a different doc you can see instead of that jerk?

My Dr. Just lost the SECOND set of Sperm Analysis results. She just blows us off and tells us to keep trying.

We are going to see her next week, and if she doesn't refer us to a fertility clinic we are switching doctors.

Do another home pregnancy test. Either way id get it checked out if it were me. If you are pregnant and have pains like that it is very possible that you may be experiencing an ectopic pregnancy. This can be very harmful to you, it can even be fatal. Find a new doctor at the very least, in a new clinic if thats possible.

Thanks for the feedback ladies. Yes im concerned that there is more to this than what is first thought. However since early this morning i havent had any more pain.

I did actually go and buy a home preg test kit today so im going to test tomorrow and then every second day after until im due for my AFwhich is this Monday comming. If she dosnt show her uguly head im going to a different dr. And if the pain returns in the meantime im not going to bother with doctor clinics im going straight to the ED.

Tribble i would be FUMING MAD if i was you wow the SECOND time! sometimes i wonder where these dr's get their degrees from i swear.
