Ok, so I had spotting/light pink flow for about 2 days from 8DPO to 9DPO, then it stopped. It was reaching my pantyliner. Just so all info is there - DH and I had sex RIGHT beforehand and he does tend to press against my cervix um, kind of hard (not in a painful way).

It was very light but it did reach the pantyliner and went for about 36 hours before stopping. It was consistently LIGHT PINK.

Today, 10DPO, I checked for CM, and found blood on my finger, but it is not reaching my pantyliner or underwear. It was a very tiny amount, but a bit darker red. As of tonight it still isn't reaching my pantyliner. This seems consistent with IB but I can't be sure, I've never had this before.

Was all of this some kind of ultra-light period that I've never experienced before? Or was the 8DPO-9DPO bleeding - cervical bleeding, or implantation bleeding? Or AF?

My AF has been heavy-medium and DARK brown-red always with clots the first few days, and I get it for at least 5-7 days in my cycle. I've NEVER gotten a light pink colored AF.

AF has been this way (heavy with clots) ALWAYS on BC, and always when off BC.

I'm really confused. Any help would be VERY appreciated because I'm not sure whether to count this as a new cycle or not. Is TODAY'S bleeding IB, and 8-9DPO cervical bleeding bc of the bd-ing? UGH!

Anyway I appreciate your help in trying to figure out this enigma. I'm stumped.

ETA: Just for BBT temping info: I had a VERY slight dip on 8DPO (97.7, my temps are usually 97.9 and above in the post-ovulation phase), and I have NOT had a dip in temperature. Today's was 98.1, consistent with my post-ovulation phase. When is it supposed to dip? When AF comes? Why hasn't it dipped already then if this is AF?

I'm driving myself nuts trying to figure this out.

ETA: The worst part is I DON'T KNOW WHEN I'M SUPPOSED TO GET AF! I just stopped BC in March - my last two cycles on Yaz were 66 and 77 days long. Any help would be SERIOUSLY appreciated. Thank you, and baby dust to everyone

I just checked my cervix again, and no blood at all. This is REALLY weird. If it were AF, the blood would be flowing by now freely.

What the heck is going on with me?!

Here's my BBT chart. I dunno if that helps. It hasn't dipped back to pre-O levels. What are the chances I'm pregnant? Should I be hopeful? Or am I just grasping at straws?

If AF were coming, my finger would have had blood on it both times I checked my cervix...right? It was bloody the first time earlier in the day, but tonight I checked CP and no blood. That's weird if AF is coming, right? I'm probably just getting my hopes up for nothing.

I haven't had the usual PMS symptoms, or cramping I get before AF, either. But it could just be a weird off-month.

Only good news would be that I'd have a 32 day cycle, which I haven't had in ages. (had a 66 and 77 day cycle while on Yaz then I quit in March to TTC).

i guess im just going on temps, its not unusual for spotting to start and stop id say as you are 10dpo according to your ticker why dont you see what temps do tomorrow, if they shoot back up thats a good sign and test! xxx

I will do that. Thank you for being so helpful, I'm just really confused. All my AF's come on heavy then taper out fast. I've never felt blood on my finger or gotten spotting, then not gotten a period. But anything is possible.

Yeah my chart is weird - my post O temps are all very erratic and some have been mild fever-temps.
