Dealing with negative tests

Hey ladies.
Any tips on how to deal with this?
This is our first month ttc after a five month break. We have had 4mc so I've been pregnant before and have done the whole tww for what feels like a million times now. But seeing a BFN earlier was a bit heartbreaking. Was hoping to conceive this cycle as last cycle I had an endometrial scratch so wanted to make he most of that. But we don't fall pregnant very quickly so was sort of expecting it not to happen anyway.
But my point is I am trying to find ways to cope with the arrival of AF as last time the dissapointment month after month got me so down and I don't want that anymore.
I was thinking of planning a trip out or getting nails done or something each cycle she arrives.
What do you ladies do!?

Yes, the negatives are hard to deal with. My help is wine and any food I want. I mope around as my period starts and just let myself feel what I need to feel. I stay in bed as much as I can and watch funny shows that have nothing to do with babies.

Getting nails done, going shopping, hanging out with someone you can vent to - those are all good, too. In a few days, I'm usually out of the slump and back to normal. But it is hard, for sure.

Thanks momwitnbabies.
I think allowing ourselves to feel sad with the arrival of AF is valid. I too feel sad when she arrives but the next day I pick mylsrf back up.
A nice food treat sounds good 😊 I also love to have a drink of something special. However I am now on a weight loss plan so may have to rethink that one.
Funny to shows def help for sure!

I'm trying to lose some weight, too. It completely sucks. I blew my diet today with a milk shake. I'm off of work now for the summer, so all I want to do is eat!!!

I'm currently 8 DPO and at my heaviest. I don't want to do a drastic diet/exercise plan until after AF. But I already think I'm out. Sigh...

I stepped on the scale yesterday and literally gasped. I haven't ever weighed this much, except for when I carried my two kids. It was very depressing, so all I've been doing to eating and being lazy. My mood isn't the best with damn PMS.
