Back again, 2nd miscarriage underway

Dear friends,
How has this happened again? HCG dropping at 6 weeks, no sac in ultrasound. DH and I really believed with all our hearts this time would be different...Nope. The universe just doesn't make sense to me right now. We lost our 1st in April 2016 at 8 weeks, and this now will be our 2nd pregnancy and 2nd loss.
In the interim, DH and I moved to New Mexico, I had a uterine resection (to remove a rather large septum) and was diagnosed with PCOS as well as very mild endometriosis (none of which my doctors in New Jersey could diagnose?). I had finished 1 cycle of 100mg Clomid when we got our BFP. Blood work for HCG and progesterone was excellent during week 5, in fact progesterone was so high the Dr thought we might be having twins.
I understand this all can be a roll of the dice but how do you come up losing twice in a row?

Anyone here in the same boat?
Any stories of comfort or hope?
I can't help thinking something else must be wrong with me

Love to all

I'm so so sorry. I lost 3 in 2016 before I finally have carried to 24 weeks. I'm in NM too. Dr Caperton is wonderful here and I didn't get referred till after my last loss. I wish I would've gone sooner.
Don't give up or lose hope. Most of the time women go on to have healthy babies with no intervention even after 3-5 losses. Big hugs to you

I go to Dr Caperton too! His whole staff is just so wonderful. We first went in February just after we moved here and right away he was able to diagnose my problems when noone else could. Thank you so much for sharing your story. I'm trying hard not to get discouraged. It's hard too because all our family and friends are back on the East Coast. I am so thankful to know you, another person closeby who understands. (Hugs)

He is so amazing! I'm so glad you're under his care! We saw him Aug of 2016 and finally conceived a healthy baby in February. It took time and trust but he didn't steer us wrong. Hang in there. I know it's so so discouraging to have repeated losses. I'll keep you in my prayers.

Don't give up hope! I had 2 losses before having my rainbow. I am currently going through my third after having DS. When you finally get to hold your rainbow they will be worth it - trust me!

I am so sorry. However, stay positive and don't give up. Fewer than 3 mcs are considered as a natural selection process. Myself I know a few ladies who conceived naturally and gave birth to a healthy baby after they experienced 2 and more mcs.

I am so sorry for your loss. Nothing about miscarriage or loss makes any sense. It's so unfair. Praying for you.
