Fitbit charge RHR

Hi all

I have seen a few articles regarding your RHR and ovulation/pregnancy checker so thought we could all have a go? I've read an article on a different site and I think it genuinely works!

From going by opks.. I ov on the day indicated in my below graph so so far so good lol

My husband bought me a fitbit charge 2 for Xmas for a kind of reassurance. I developed Chorioamnionitis in my last pregnancy which caused premature labour and the loss of my son but the only symptom I had when admitted to hospital was tachycardia so he got the fitbit for me so I can monitor my heartbeat in another pregnancy. I've read similar about pregnancy and I find it really interesting. I've attached my screenshot and marked the first day of AF and I've had positive opk yesterday and today.

So sorry to hear that hun that must have been devastating for you. Is it something that could happen again?

I bet your rhr will drop tomorrow.. mime did after 2 days of pos opks. I find it fascinating. I was reading a thread on a baby page and was amazed to see how many bfps were coming from people just reading their rhr. At least we know if the rhr starts dipping close to af then we are out! Xxx
