still bleeding after methotrexate shot

hey guys

wondered if its normal to start light bleeding again after the shot...i stopped bleeding last week and it started up again suddenly...brown old blood so its not new...is it just remnants left over?

doc did say 3-6 weeks bleeding...its been,....4 weeks now but it stopped 5 days ago..im really confused...help?

It's normal! I bled for a few days after the shot and then it totally stopped. I while later it started right back up again and I bled for 5 days straight. I think my period came about 25 days after that.

Your uterus just needs to clear out since it was prepared for a growing baby. Sometimes it just does it in stages, but it's all normal. So sorry for your loss....

ok my period started few days ago...it wasnt random bleeding...was old blood then a period...so my womb bled 6th Dec...then i stopped bleeding 18th...and when they gave me the methotrexate shot on 22nd i bled until the 12th of january. period started 18th Jan

is it normal to have a period 4 weeks after womb emptied??
