What was your first af after d&c like??

I had a d&c the 13th of jan and I finally got my first af on Monday but it was weird, I had cramps for 15 mins then felt like I needed to go toilet and when I sat down there was a huge gush of blood and a huge clot and then the bleeding slowed down a little, Tuesday it was just light bleeding and then Wednesday it was just spotting not even enough for a pad or tampon, and today Thursday it's gone, most things I've heard is that it's usually really heavy just wondering what other people's were like

I didn't have a D&C I did mine naturally, but I would say that the first AF was definitely unlike any other AF i have ever had. I believe its very normal to have an odd AF afterwards. Mine was gushing and lots of clots on the first day also and then just disappeard a few days later... it was def strange! Don't worry!! Sorry for your loss

Still on my first af after and its much different...mine too was a natural mc and this af started with about 3 days of spotting then full out flow with lots of clots, tissue and cm for a full week then back to spotting yesterday and today. Last night had a recurrence of a heavy flow for a couple hours. I just want it to stop.

I am on my 3rd AF since my loss and it is STILL heavy and clotty... It's very frustrating but my Dr says its completely normal! ickkkkk

I ahd a d & c on Jan. 3rd. My AF came 36 days later and it was heavier than usual accompanied by a LOT of horrible cramping. Currently waiting for my next Af. On CD 27 but guessing it won't come until day 36 AGAIN.

I started a natural m/c from a chemical preg on 2/2 it was heavy for the first 2 or 3 days then just spotty not even enough to fill a panty liner.. Then I stopped on 2/9 and I just started to spot very light pink only when i wiped on 2/29 then had dark brown spotting and tissue on 3/1-3/2 hubby and I thought it was nothing as it was only when I wiped and so we proceeded with Sex on Friday night and it made it worse, I started to bleed like af was here then I woke up Saturday morning had spotted in my panties some but not much then when I wiped it was bright red still and it slowly disapated over sat and sunday I got up it was only dark brown tissue when I wiped UGH! Today it is the same very light brown only when I wipe it's almost gone

I'm so anxious for things to be regular so we can conceive again

I had an erpc 3 weeks and 4 days ago after finding no heart beat on 8 week scan when it had been seen 2 weeks previously since then I am desperate for my period to start, have crampy pain today and am keeping my fingers crossed I will start rather than just this horrible brown loss when I wipe (sorry if tmi!!). I just want to get back to normal so we can start to try again.
Its so helpful to be able to read what its been like for other women because no one really tells you what its going to be like so its nice to be able to compare stuff (and hopefully know no one will be too grossed out!)

still nothing!! Getting v annoyed with the cramps but nothing to show for it, how long did it take people to get AF after miscarriage??? Fed up

Jayjay!!

I also had an erpc/DnC on the 13th of jan
And came on, af on the same day.. How odd lol
Altho they gave me provera to take for 5 days to bring it on as I am doing IVF

The first day was fine! By he next day it was so heavy and crampy..
Was heavy for a few days and it's over a week later and still spotting but it's brown now (sorry tmi)

I'm on the pill for a month so they can time my next AF so I shouldn't have to wait too lob after I stop the pill
