Cant enjoy this pregnancy at all yet...

So after 16 months TTC with a miscarriage last September, we were shocked to find out I was pregnant again. Only found out because we started going to a FS and I had to take prometrium to bring on a period since I have PCOS and don't get them very often. Well, it never came so I went in for bloodwork and they called saying I was pregnant! My boobs are constantly sore and I feel gross etc, but Im so scared I will miscarry.

My question is though if people think the prometrium helped the pregnancy along even though I probably got pregnant just when I was taking it. I had to take a hpt before I started it to make sure I wasn't preg and it was negative so it had to be during.
