Ectopic, now trying

Hello
I am just looking for some comfort and support.
I had an ectopic pregnancy in my left tube. I found out I was pregnant January 19th 2012. I was 6 weeks along. On February 2nd my body forced a miscarriage of the tubal. I didn't have the metho shot or a dnc. My body did it on its own. my dr scheduled a MRI to check for damage. The results were great. So after my first period on Feb. 10th I started trying again. Well had a BFN for that cycle. I have normal 24 day cycles and today is day 20. I am 9dpo and hoping this is my month. I am so scared that every pain I feel is something bad. I mean it is getting so bad that I can barely sleep. I need to get my mind off of it.

Has anyone experienced this and concieved successfully without complications?

What can I do to stop worrying?

I'm sorry for your loss

I had an ectopic pregnancy back in July 2011.... I had to actually have surgery and the shot which caused hormonal havoc in my body but we've been trying to conceive again. I'm currently in the 2WW and hoping I get my BFP soon
