Hello, so I am new to this. I have two children both boys 7 and 9. Never had a problem while pregnant though it did take me 2 years to concieve both of them. I had my tubes tied after my 7years old was born. Later I divorced and remarried. My husband now doesn't have children of his own and we r both still young and want a child together. So we had a tubal reversal last may26th. I had not ovulated even on clomid ever since so dr put me on metformin at the end of febuary. I began taking it and noticed a difference right away as I lost 17 lbs in the first month and a half. Well on march 18th I still hadn't had a period so I took a test. My last af was feb 5th. The test came back positive. I took 4 mor all frer all positive. I went to dr on the 19th as I had started spotting. They did blood work and called me later that day my levels were extremly low my hcg was 5.56 and progestrone was 0.19. Dr said misscarriage. So I returned back for a retest and had an scan to be sure about eptopic. Scan showed noth for the doc to be concered for eptopic he said there was blood in my uterus as to be expected with a miscarriage but no bLood in abdominal captivity and my cervix wasn't tender which is a sign of eptopic. He later called me with results and said hcg was a little over 10 and progestrone has risen a bit but he def thinks this is an in uterine pregnancy that is miscarrying. I go back tomorow for scan and bloods. I have been bleeding for 6 days not too heavy but steady flow no large clots just small amounts of tissue Im guessing. Blood is bright red. I do have slight pain in right pelvic side told don't about it but he said that cramping and pains would be normal for miscarriage and only be worried if pain became unbearable. Back is cramping but has been this whole time and I am just very crampy like really bad af cramps all over. I am weak but dr said its normal too. I was sad and still am at time but I am ready for my body to be better so we can continue to ttc again plus I can quit worrying.

Update went in for ultra sound and blood work I have been having pain in my pelvic area and cramping in uterus so dr wanted to check my tubes. He said tubes were clear of fluids and no other signs of eptopic. Uterus looked really good and lining was thinned. No sac but he said it wouls still be too soon to see sac with such low levels. Okay well he just called back and hcg levels was 48. It went from 5.56 to 10 to 48. He said he was shocked because he was sure they would have been zero. He said he didn't know how this would turn out but progestrone is rising but still too low. I don't know weather or not to be happy or scared.

Well its in tubes dr got test back and hcg went from 48 to 111 but progestrone is only 0.46 so dr said def in tubes.
