first period after mc arrived and question?

im pretty happy my period came so i can track my cycle again and happy i didnt have to wait long but i hate af so much but im ready to try again.

My question is do you guys think i will get my 28day cycle back? because before i took the depo shot my cycles were 31 to 33 days and very unpredictable i really liked knowing when my period was coming and i think the depo shot helped me conceive by giving me a regular cycle if i go back to the 31day cycle i might take birthcontrol pills 2 regulate my cycle then ttc after i took the depo shot so my periods would be less painful it helped but i didnt know i would be spotting everyday for 3months boy did i learn my lesson next time i will read the side affects

31 or 33 days cycles aren't bad and are normal - not everyone is 28days. If you take the birth control pill you could mess your cycles up even more!

o thanks i didnt even know that i just feel like me actually getting pregnant is from me havin a 28day cycle because for the past 5 years nothing has happened while i was on the 31 to 33 day cycle

30-32 days aren't totally uncommon. I just had a 31 day cycle. I'd suggest maybe taking OPK's to let you know when you've ovulated, then you can pretty much pinpoint when AF will arrive (13-15 days after your positive OPK usually).
