Wow - a wedding and a christening - that will be lovely! My wedding was very small and quite traditional - about 30 people in the day for a sit down meal and then another 40-50 at night but I loved it all! I don't normally like to be the centre of attention but I enjoyed it that day and loved being in my dress.

I'm not really sure what I'd prefer gender wise - i would love a boy to give my husband a son but I'd like a girl to give my daughter a sister as I always wanted a sister. Last time I only had a girls name and not a boys and this time I have a definite boys name that I'd like to use and no idea of a girls so maybe that means I'll have a boy. I'm sure I'll be thrilled either way especially as I don't want to find out until he/she is born so I'll be so glad labour is over I won't care what it is! Did you find out the sex with DJ? Did his name come from anywhere in particular or just names you liked? OUr surname begins with J and I'd love to call a boy something beginning with J so he would be JJ but my OH won't have any of it!!

So what did you do workwise before you went on maternity? Do you miss work at all or not bothered? I loved my maternity leave but think I would miss going to work if I hadn't gone back. Being away from Amelia when I'm at work seems to motivate me to make the most of the 4 days we have together.

I'm a manager for a community based service for adults with learning disabilities - so our jobs are in the same kind of area. I only work 3 days a week so its not to bad - can be stressful but then I get 4 days off to relax and forget it all.

I think I am 3 or 4 dpo - can't be absolutely sure as not temping but basing it on last few cycles. I have promised myself I won't test unless AF doesn't show but not sure how long my willpower will hold out. Sorry to hear you think you missed your surge - lets hope your wrong and we both get a nice fat BFP!

Sorry the witch got you - you going to try anything different this cycle?

Well I got a BFP! Still feeling a bit cautious as my test lines don't seem as dark as when I was pregnant with DD but the digi moved up to 2-3 weeks today so that's a good sign. I had a chemical pregnancy the cycle before I fell with A so that's why I'm nervous of faint lines.
Can't believe I've fell first month when it took so long with A!
I hope you have more luck this cycle and the soy works for you. I'll be watching out for your BFP!
