I haven't seen a group for people who have luteal phase defects. This is something that is driving me nuts. I noticed it in April when I first started to chart. I started getting af in December 2010 after coming off of depo so maybe it's because of that? In April it was only 5 days, and now it's up to 9 or 10 days. I started taking a vitamin B complex last month and it hasn't worked yet.  This month i'm starting progesterone cream.What are your experiences? Has anyone had any success, and if so how did it happen? |
