Help! Can't tell if the twins are teething or not!

First time mom, not first time with babies in general though... definitely first time with twins. So they usually do everything the same, and this past week one has been super fussy, always tired even after napping or waking up from the night, and he wants nothing to do with his solids... they are 7mo. He only wants a bottle as long as he's not screaming long enough to make him realize I'm handing him a bottle... his brother, not as fussy, but not as interested in solids and also not as tired as his brother. I can't tell if this is teething??? I see nothing on their gums coming through... They have ALWAYS been the happiest babies, smiling, they never cry. Now it's the complete opposite. Any ideas? 😞

I wish I could help but neither of mine suffered with their teeth in any way at all. The only indication I had that they were teething was one flushed cheek at one point, other than that nothing. I would however think that if your boy was in pain, you would be able to see some sort of outward sign, be it on the gum or a red cheek or maybe a little fever or he would be chewing on things or similar.
Otherwise it may just be a growth spurt or a developmental leap? I hope he feels better soon
