possible mo-mo twins

Hi just looking for positive stories please. We found out that we are expecting twins in January. Scans at 5+3 and 7+3 showed identical twins but no visible septum as yet separating them. We have another scan next week then a 12 week scan the following. Our appt with the twin consultant is 14th March.
We were pg with twins 3 years ago and lost them at 14+5 to twin to twin transfusion. So I'm finding it very hard to believe we will keep these two. Particularly with the risks of momo-yes I Googled! ! With our last twins we saw 2 sacs @8 weeks on a private scan but I know this is better equipment than nhs ones. Did anyone suspect momo early on then see separate sacs later? Would love to hear about your momo pgs. Thanks.x

Thanks for your responses. Unfortunately both babies had passed away 2 weeks ago according to the scan today. Devastated.
