Brewer diet

Not sure if any of you have heard of this, but I did it with several singletons, and with the twins..You look at the food and think THERES NO WAY...I dont think anyone could seriously pack away that much food, but it's a good start.. Never had any complications with the pregnancy, and went to 40 weeks...here ya go

I'm (mostly) following the Brewer diet, and my baby went from measuring 2 days behind to 4 days ahead (so far!). I wish more mamas and doctors knew about this... supposedly it can help prevent IUGR and per-eclampsia.

I would have more babies if it weren't for the pregnancy thing..Just not a fan...But, between I think the prayers and this diet, we did great...I did have to do whey protein shakes because there is no way to fit all the protein in...
