Hi i am having the same thing tons of vaginal wetness, i have had it from the start and have now started to use panty liners. I felt a big flutter at 15 weeks(i think they must have swapped places in my tummy) and for the past week just little flutters but only when i am layed still. Had a scan yesterday and the babies have doubled in size in just 4 weeks.
Try to stop worrying and enjoy been pregnant, i am sure everything is just fine and you have nothing to worry about xx.

I checked my undies everytime I went pee for MONTHS after finding out I was expecting twins. The "wetness" you are feeling is normal and will not let up anytime soon. I had a loss in Jan 2011 and concieved the twins in May 2011 so the pain of losing the one was still new. I felt tiny bubbles in the 10-11 week mark and A LOT of movement around 14-15 weeks. Its hard to regain that trust in your body once you have lost a pregnancy. My advice is to stay off of google. If you have questions, ask your Dr then ask on this forum. Google will scare the shit out of you, I know it scared me to the point I didn't begin enjoying my pregnancy until the 3rd trimester. Calm down, hun... I am one week away from my c section and I can't wait to see them so I KNOW they are safe. I don't think that feeling goes away until you actually SEE the babies.

I also had the wetness all the way through, and it got worse as the pregnancy went on. I also had several bleeds which again can be very common with twin pregnancies!
I felt flutters from 11 weeks only little ones but 100% sure it was movement.

Yay! We are actually bump buddies!! I'm 9 1/2 weeks too! I will be 10 weeks on Friday/Saturday. I am super nervous as well. Checking the panties all the time! I am having the 'wetness' as well and sometimes it scares me so much that I leave my classroom and run to the bathroom. I also had 2 losses at the end of last year, so I'm still fresh off of the losses.

It sounds like we are ok from what folks are saying. I know it's hard not to worry, but let's just try and enjoy it while we can. Unfortunately, worrying wont change anything. (But just know--I'm right there with ya!!)

I started feeling some movement around 14-15 weeks, but not often. Now they are moving constantly. It does take a while to get comfortable after a loss, but you'll get there. Waiting until that next appointment is the worst!

I suffered 2 miscarriages and a molar pregnancy in the 6 months before conceiving the twins, and totally sympathise with your nerves and worries.

I remember being shocked with the dampness downstairs, having never really noticed it in any previous pregnancies, it did ease up, probably mid 2nd trimester for me. I started feeling flutters at 14 weeks, and knew by 16 weeks for sure. Actual kicks started about 19 weeks for twin 2, but twin 1 who had anterior placenta were only distinguishable about 23 weeks, but were always harder to feel up until delivery x

Twin pregnancy is tough, and you do worry about all your niggles, but I found so much comfort in posting on here and finding out I wasn't alone.

Congrats with your pregnancy x
