Twins- shared sac!

Hi

I had my third ultrasound on Friday and my doctor just called me with the Radiologist report- all three ultrasounds have confirmed that there is no separating membrane between the two babies. As a result, my file is being transferred to a hospital in downtown Toronto where the doctors specialize in this.

Has anyone experienced this themselves or know of anyone? Please any information would be helpful, I'm worried sick at this point!!!

Thank you!!!

yes i myself was told that there was no dividing membrane for my twins as well im now 14 weeks along and they just now saw that their is a thin one between them but their still in the same sac and sharing a placenta, but what the specailist told me was that you will be moved up to "high risk" and you will have more ultra sounds and go to the doc 2xs as much and that more than likley you will have to be delivered early but dont freak out cuz i did and its ok its not as common as some pregnancys but not rare so you and your babes should be just fine
