My boys are here! :)

Dominic and Sebastian were born on the 28th of March at 11:45am, weighing 3.074kg and at 11:47, weighing 2.896kg, respectively. They are so beautiful and perfect! We are all doing very well and are now home since yesterday.

My belly still really hurts from the c-section though and I crawl around the house like a 90 year old! lol I am not sleeping much at all. I was so grateful when the community nurse came to see us today and gave us some very useful pointers. I was so disappointed with the experiences at Queen Charlotte's! No one came to help me with breastfeeding even though I asked several times. I was resigned to never be able to cause my boobs are hard and engorged and feel like coconuts! The community MW gave me hope though and showed me how to massage them. Also, no one told us how much the boys need to eat per feed and as a result when they fell asleep during the feed we let them off which meant they were hungry all through the night driving their mum out of her bed every hour! Ah well main thing is that I can hopefully sleep a bit tonight so that I can persevere with the boob massaging and the bottle feeding- for now.

Congratulations, x x - great names and weights x

You have my sympathy with the c section aftermath. Although it was horrible those first few weeks, it feels like a distant memory now. I know it is virtually impossible, but the more rest you get, the quicker you will heal, don't do too much x

Well done again

Congratulations Angel, have been thinking about you and your boys, who are gorgeous. Love their names too!

I'm sorry your experience hasn't been good, hopefully your recovery picks up and boobs get better.

Take care and looking forward to seeing more pics xx
