Try not to worry, most of us on here have put on what we lost quickly after the birth. I was bigger when I fell pregnant and found that all the food I ate went to making healthy babies. It is also quite hard to over eat in the later stages of pregnancy as your stomach is so squished. As for exercise, try and just get a good walk in daily, until it becomes impossible, as it is quite dangerous to start a fitness programme whilst pregnant, and be especially careful with any abdominal work. I was really worried too, but have already lost all my pregnancy weight without any effort, now to lose the rest that I've been carrying for years lol.

with twins they advise you put on 24lb by the 24th wk as this lowers yr chances of prem labour and lower birth weights. i really wouldnt worry about putting weight ona nd getting rid of it again, the babies need the extra weight. im usually about 8and half st and im now 21 wks and 9st 10, id rather put on weight and ensure my babies are getting what they need then worry about it later. as long as its a healthy weight gain youll be fine.

i am eating loads of yoghurts as i hate milk and i got wrong when pregnant with my son about my calcium intake, so this time im knocking back the yoghurts like there going out of business. im not eating loadsa friut and veg but i am trying to stay somewhat healthy, but if i want a curry, pizza or chips ill get it. yesterday i had a kfc for lunch but then made a tuna pasta bake, so i try and balance myself out.
so far this morning ive had a yoghurt and hot cross bun and im still hungry. hubby has just told me theres chocolate biccies on top shelf-bad mistake-their wont be when he gets home.
