i sleep mainly on my right, end up on my back then try to sleep on left before ending up back on right. i feel them more when im on my left.
im finding getting out of bed is becoming a struggle tho, a need to heave myself out. i look like a turtle on its back.
Oh how it brings back memories. I used to sleep on my left with as many pillows on that side and annoy that baby then after my first toilet break sleep on my right, switching sides all night. Wish I could tell you I found a proper solution, but I didn't. You have my sympathies x
I'm up every hour to pee and waking every half hour or so to turn over cos my sides start cramping and it wakes me up, or the babies will stretch out onto my ribs and hurt me. I switch sides each time I pee too. I feel like I'm a zombie.....No side is truly comfortable.
whats that alll about, all last night my right calf kept cramping up. it bloody hurts
You need chelated magnesuim pills!!! I have been taking 2 or 3 a day to fend off those nasty cramps, plus it helps calcium absorb into your bones, keeps your bowels regular, and apparently helps stop premature labour.
