12 weeks no symptoms

I was just at the doctor 5 days ago and everything was ok. I am now 12 wks and 3 days. Funny thing is for the past 2 days I haven't had any symptoms! Has anyone experienced this with twins? I know they say some symptoms fade in the second trimester, but all? I am worried. TIA for your input.

I wouldn't worry too much I had no symptoms at all either, make the most of the easy part of twin pregnancy while you can. X

I had no symptoms either so much so I went to my scan and said please tell me im not imagining being pregnant x

I never really had any symptoms my boobs hurt on and off but nothing other than that.

Thank you for the replies. I can't stop worrying. I had really bad heartburn and that has completely subsided. I am having abdominal cramps but no bleeding. I have a doctors appt in 2 days. I guess only time will tell.
