Some early pregnancy lists show hip pain as a possible symptom. Who knows! I had it yesterday myself, so we'll find out in a few days, eh?

I was just googling this lol

I noticed this tonight after making dinner I was sitting down and my dh asked me to move over And I went to get up and got this pain near my hip bone in my right side it's seems alittle higher to be my ovaries or tubes. It only happens if I move quickly and I can't make it happen on my own its random. Soooo weird. I'm 7dpo. Usually when I get pains it ends up being gas but this is not gas.

Fx it's a good sign.

I had hip pain from day one with dd2! For me it was a first symptom. It's due to hormones relaxing the ligaments xx

Well, turns out hip pain meant nothing for me. I'm not pregnant.
