having a difficult time observing CM in relation to ovulation

Hey girls,

I am using a Clear Blue OPK this month...I've used 3 so far and all faint and no indication of an LH surge; however, since yesterday my CM has been slippery and clear...but these OPK's aren't showing a sign of ovulation. Do you get this mucus way before you ovulate? I'm a bit confused. If anyone can help it's greatly appreciated!!

Didn't want to read and run, but I've had EWCM and no temp changes, so I'm really no help. Also, OPK's don't work for me due to PCOS.

Good Luck!

Are you using the digital opk or a regular one?

Well I got 2 really strong pos. OPk's this month and I haven't had ANY ewcm .. Nothing slippery and clear, always white. I know that I can get preggo cuz I've had 3 boys in the last 3 years but this is my first cycle checking my cm. I've read online that opks are more reliable than cm but you can find opinions to support whatever you want online guess I'll let you know in about 10 days if I got my bfp! Oh and the only other time I did opks I got pregnant that cycle. Sometimes it'll take a while to get a positive. Anyways good luck!

I have a kinda similar question... I am currently cd14.

On cd12 and 13, I was watery, maybe ew- not 100% sure that I would classify it as that... I am leaning towards more yes then, no and on cd11, I was creamy and cd10, watery... today, cd14- nothing. Did I miss my ovulation? According to apps and such, Im scheduled for ovulation tomorrow, cd15 (some sites say cd17) but having the watery/ maybe ewcm the last 2 days, concerns me... that I might have missed it... and unfortunately, hubs and I have not tried this mo as of yet since I thought we had today and tomorrow still. Had planned to try yesterday but he was sick darn it!
