I have achy legs but that's a regular thing I don't think I will even make it to 8dpo for testing lol last cycle I was so disappointed that my lp was only 9 days I only got to stare and create lines on tests two times lol I'm not sure if 9 day lp is going to be a regular thing I hope not because I didn't get my bfp with my son until 12dpo and 11dpo with my chemical I started cramping on 7dpo last cycle, spotting on 8dpo and full af on 9dpo it was do disappointing.

I was a literal crazy person the last two cycles we tried. The first cycle I wasn't expecting a positive as were on our honeymoon during my expected fertile window (which I now believe is a bit earlier for me than my apps indicated just based off my period dates), NTNP. The next month when we 'tried' (aka just lots of BD leading up to and during the expected fertile window) and I fell pregnant. I was basically googling non-stop every twinge, anything I felt in my body, it was nuts. But the second time I feel like looking back I just KNEW. My boobs hurt (they never hurt before AF) and my CM was different than it usually is before AF as well. I tested early (2 days before AF) and got a BFP. Sadly that ended in a miscarriage...and now I'm back to waiting for AF to arrive again and returning to TTC. I'm sure I'll be just as crazy this time but at least I know how I felt last time to compare? Although I hear it can be so different!

For distractions - I work all day which helps somewhat (other than being at my computer and compulsively googling) and try to stay active with spin classes and the gym. I feel like nothing makes it go faster!

Ah yeah under what you mean about the lp Natalie, I'm sure I've read that there are things you can do to make it longer?

Alligator I wish I was working! I wouldn't have time.sit on Google all day then! I've just finished uni which took up all my time but now I have too much of it!

There are some things I can try I will do some more research if I don't concieve this cycle and if my lp is still the same.

I'm taking my son to softplay today so that will kill some time until late afternoon and hopefully burn off some of his ever lasting energy lol

I was worried my lp was short as sometimes my cycles can be a bit shorter but this month so far it looks okay and I think it will be 11/12 days. What things can you do to lengthen it?
Soft play is a good idea! My son has some friends coming over tomorrow so that should keep us occupied

Do you temp and opk? Progesterone cream is supposed to be good for lengthening lp and vitamin b6 is also another one people use.

We have been to softplay even though I'm still not feeling well, there's 3.5 hours until his bedtime now then I can try to relax.

I do both, last cycle I completely missed my surge with opks so I got a clearblue digital opk this cycle and caught it and confirmed with temps, this chart looks similar to last cycles chart, my temps were downhill from 5dpo so I'll see what tomorrow's temp is.
